These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sitesbyandrewva.com (the "Site") and the social media publishing application operated by Sites by Andrew VA (the "App"). By using the Site or the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site and App

The Site provides information about our educational video channels. The App is an internal tool used by Sites by Andrew VA to publish our own original content to our own social media accounts. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or the App, or interfere with their operation.

2. Our content

The App is used only to publish content that we created or have the right to publish, to accounts we own. All videos, text and other materials on the Site and our channels are owned by Sites by Andrew VA or used with permission, and may not be copied or redistributed without our permission, except as allowed by law.

3. Third-party platforms

The App connects to TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. Our use of these platforms complies with their respective terms of service, developer policies and community guidelines. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

The Site, the App and our content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Our videos are for general educational and entertainment purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sites by Andrew VA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site, the App or our content.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
